Important Notice


The outage window for this maintenance has been brought forward an hour, from 6:00AM and 9:00AM AEST to 5:00AM and 8:00AM AEST. Azupay will be updating our internal maintenance window to 4:45 AM to 8:30 AM AEST as a result of this.

We have been made aware that our payment service provider has scheduled maintenance activities that are likely to impact PayID, PayTo and PayOut on Saturday, 15 June 2024, between 6:00AM and 9:00AM AEST (Sydney Time).

During this period of time, all Azupay PayID and PayTo registration and de-registration actions will be unavailable. This includes creation and deletion of Payment Requests and creation and deletion of PayTo Agreement maintenance actions. Payment processing for refund will also be unavailable, however inbound and outbound payments should be processed as per normal.

Please see the impact analysis below for additional information. Azupay will be self-suspending affected services with our banking partner to allow queueing of requests.

6:00 AM to 9:00 AM AEST.

5:30 AM to 9:30 AM AEST.


Impact Analysis


Suspension of PayID registration and de-registration services for PaymentRequests and PaymentAgreements and Refund Payment Processing.

1. Suspension of PayID creation and deletion during maintenance period.
2. Suspension of PayTo payment agreement creation and deletion during maintenance period.
3. Delay in refund processing.

During this period of time, you will still be able to:
1. Receive payments against active PayIds and PaymentRequests.
2. Initiate Payments against Payment Agreements.
3. Make Outbound Payments.


Action Required


We advise customers to continue to process payments during this period and conduct their own internal impact analysis on scheduled tasks.
