Scheduled Maintenance

HSBC have advised they are implementing changes. The change window details are below.


• Change Start Date and Time: Sunday 22 February 2026 @ 2:00am AEDT
• Change End Date and Time: Sunday 22 February 2026 @ 7:00am AEDT


As a result of HSBC's planned activities, no outbound payments will be sent from the BIC HKBAAU2SXXX during the change window.

There will be no impacts to inbound payments sent to the BIC HKBAAU2SXXX during the change window.

Please note the above times are approximate and may vary if the planned activities are completed sooner or take longer than expected.

In progress - Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.

Scheduled - Our NPP banking partner will be performing scheduled maintenance on Monday, 16 February 2026 from 10:00 pm to 2:00 am (Sydney Time) on thier AWS Networking infrastructure.

No downtime is expected however in flight transactions may be impacted during the failover process and should be retried idempotently.

Impact:
During the maintenance, AWS will manage failing over traffic to alternate services. In-flight transactions may be impacted during the failover and failback of services.
Transactions should be re-tried idempotently if a failure message is received.
