## Description
CBA have advised that they will be implementing changes on Friday 29 September 2023 which requires an outage, and those changes will impact outbound payments, inbound payments and payment initiation messages.

## Impact
### Outbound Payments
Any outbound payments made to CBA accounts will fail during this period and will need to be-reattempted by your organisation after the maintenance window.

### Inbound Payments
Any inbound payments made during this period (such as payment initiations) will not be successfully processed during the maintenance window and will be re-attempted after the maintenance window by Azupay, so expect a delay in payment processing.

### Change Window
Start: 29 September 2023 @ 10:00 pm AEST
End: 30 September 2023 @ 08:00 am AEST

As part of their planned maintenance on 29 September 2023, CBA will be implementing changes and the work will require an inbound(payments and payment initiation) outage for approximately 9 Hours. As a result, CBA is planning to self-suspend NPP functionality for the duration of the change window mitigating the impact on NPP participants as follows:

### Commencement:
29 September 2023 @ 10:30 pm CBA will issue an unavailable status on the NPP.
29 September 2023 @ 10:35 pm CBA will initiate Self-suspension

### Completion: (please note, times may change if activities complete sooner/later than expected):
30 September 2023 @ 7:55 am CBA will initiate reinstatement
30 September 2023 @ 8:00 am CBA will issue issue an available status on the NPP.
