Notice


We have been made aware that our payment service provider has scheduled maintenance activities that are likely to impact PayID, PayTo and PayOut on 3/08/2023 between 2:00am AEST and 6:00am AEST (Sydney Time). We have been advised that the planned maintenance activities will run for a duration of 4 hours however the expected impact period has been communicated to be 15 minutes and processing is only expected to be impacted between 2:00am AEST and 2:30am AEST for a period of 15 minutes.

During this period of time, all Azupay PayID, PayTo and PayOut transaction processing will be delayed. Please see the impact analysis below for additional information. We will still accept and process payments made during this period with an expected delay of up to 15 minutes.

Impact Analysis


Delay in notification and processing of settlements on both inbound and outbound payments during the maintenance period.
