Westpac have advised they are implementing changes. The change window details are below.

• Change Start Date and Time: Friday 7 November 2025 @ 2:00pm AEDT (noting Westpac's self suspension does not start until Sunday 9 November 2025 @ 12:00am AEDT)
• Change End Date and Time: Sunday 9 November 2025 @ 5:00pm AEDT (noting Westpac expects to be back on line at 8am)

As part of these changes, an outage to the Conformation Of Payee (CoP) and PayTo Services are required for 8 hours for Westpac clients.

Westpac will issue a self suspension from CoP and PayTo Service during the below times:

Commencement: Sunday 9 November 2025 @ 12:00am AEDT - Westpac will issue a self suspension for the CoP Service and PayTo.

Completion: Sunday 9 November 2025 @ 8:00am AEDT - Westpac will re-instate the CoP Service and PayTo Services.

Impacts:
Confirmation of Payee lookups and PayTo Agreements and initiations for Westpac based end customers will be unavailable during the maintenance window.

Please note the above times may change if these planned activities are completed sooner or later than expected.
