We have been made aware that our payment service provider has scheduled maintenance activities that are likely to impact PayID, PayTo and PayOut on Thursday 18th April between 2:00 AM AEST and 2:45 AM AEST (Sydney Time) as part of a broader maintenance window between 2:00AM and 6:00AM.

During this period of time, all Azupay PayID, PayTo and PayOut transaction processing will be delayed.

Expected period of impact:
2:00am to 2:35am AEST.

Full Maintenance Window:
2:00am to 6:00am AEST.

Impact Analysis


Delay in notification and processing of settlements on both inbound and outbound payments during the maintenance period, and creation of Payment Agreements.

Azupay will gracefully re-attempt affected transactions on behalf of clients during this period, which will result in affected transactions being attempted once the maintenance window is complete. If you do encounter unexpected errors, please try again, if the issue persists please raise a support request through our service desk: https://azupay.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/3

1. Delay in PayID registration and de-registration during maintenance period. This will affect PaymentRequest API calls.
2. Delay in PayTo payment agreement creation and payment Initiations during maintenance period. This will affect PaymentAgreement and PaymentInitiation API calls.
3. Delay in payments to customers. This will affect Payment API calls.
