Update on client impact:

To minimise client impact during this outage window, Azupay will be suspending API connectivity with our NPP partner.

Transactions will be queued on the Azupay system and released and processed after the maintenance window. This should reduce impact to clients if you are unable to pause transactions to Azupay, rather than receiving an error.

Our banking partner is undergoing emergency maintenance on Thursday, 14 March 2024 from 12:00 am to 5:00 am (Sydney Time).

They expect there will be a 15 minute interruption to NPP payment services between 12:15AM and 12:30 AM which will impact inbound and outbound payments to them.

Note the maintenance window if you experience degradation of services outside of this 15 minute window.

### Impact
During the maintenance window:
- Outbound Payments made via the Azupay Platform will fail.
- PayID Registrations made via the Azupay Platform will be queued and delayed.
- Customers trying to make inbound payments will receive an error on their banking app.
