Our NPP banking partner will be performing scheduled maintenance on Monday, 16 February 2026 from 10:00 pm to 2:00 am (Sydney Time) on thier AWS Networking infrastructure.
No downtime is expected however in flight transactions may be impacted during the failover process and should be retried idempotently.
Impact: During the maintenance, AWS will manage failing over traffic to alternate services. In-flight transactions may be impacted during the failover and failback of services. Transactions should be re-tried idempotently if a failure message is received.
