Start: 10pm AEST
End: 27th May 2023 at 8:00 am AEST
Period: 10 hrs (time may change if activities complete sooner/later than expected)

NPP Australia has advised us that Commonwealth Bank (CBA) have scheduled an outage window this coming Friday for the above date/times.
NPP Australia is the body responsible for maintaining and developing the New Payments Platform (NPP) to ensure it evolves to meet the needs of our industry, consumers and businesses.

The scheduled activities carried out by CBA during the outage window will impact:
* inbound payment initiations
* inbound payments
* outbound payments
Please note: Azupay clients will receive PA04 errors when making outbound payments and initiating PayTo payments; as well as experiencing delays receiving inbound payments

It is advised that your customer support teams are aware of this outage to give your customers accurate information.
