Scheduled Maintenance – NPP Banking Partner | 23 October 2025, 2:00 am – 6:00 am AEST Oct 23, 2025 02:00-06:00 AEDT

Our NPP banking partner will be performing scheduled maintenance on 23 October from 2:00 am to 6:00 am (Sydney Time).

Impact:
• Brief, intermittent disruptions (under 60 seconds) may occur in NPP payment processing.
• Azupay will queue and automatically reattempt affected transactions.
• This may cause a short delay (a few minutes) in transaction processing and webhook confirmations.
• No action is required from clients.

Scheduled - HSBC have advised they are implementing changes. The change window details are below.

• Change Start Date and Time: Sunday 19 October 2025 @ 12:00am AEDT
• Change End Date and Time: Sunday 19 October 2025 @ 8:00am AEDT

As a result of HSBC's planned activities, a reduced volume of outbound payments will be sent from the BIC HKBAAU2SXXX between 12:00am AEDT and 8:00am AEDT on Sunday 19 October 2025. (HSBC customers paying o to PaymentRequests)

There will be no impacts to inbound payments sent to the BIC HKBAAU2SXXX during the change window.

Commencement: Sunday 19 October 2025 @ 12:00am

Completion: Sunday 19 October 2025 @ 8am AEDT

Please note the above times are approximate and may vary if HSBC's activities are completed sooner or take longer than expected.

Resolved - This incident has been confirmed resolved. We have been monitoring our systems and no ongoing issues have been observed.

Monitoring - We believe the issue has now been resolved, and PayIDs are once again being registered within expected response times. The backlog of queued PayID creations has been cleared, and our systems are operating normally.

Update - We are currently aware of intermittent issues affecting the creation and updating of PayIDs due to a downstream provider outage.

Clients creating new PayIDs for inbound payments may experience delays in PayID registration. Customers attempting to make payments to these new PayIDs via their online banking may also encounter lookup failures. This is an industry-wide outage impacting all participants.

Outbound payments using BSB and account numbers remain unaffected. However, outbound payments to PayIDs may experience intermittent failures during this period.

Upcoming scheduled maintenance notice

Bendigo Bank have advised they are implementing changes tonight. The change window details are below.

• Change Start Date and Time: Tuesday 14 October 2025 @ 10:00pm AEDT
• Change End Date and Time: Wednesday 15 October 2025 @ 5:30am AEDT

As part of these changes, an outage to Inbound Payment Initiation Messages (PayTo Initiations) is required for 7 hours and 30 minutes (This will affect payment initiations via the Azupay PayTo Product against agreements held with Bendigo Bank customers).

Commencement: Tuesday 14 October 2025 @ 10:00pm AEDT

Completion: Wednesday 15 October 2025 @ 5:30am AEDT

In addition to the above, there will be a reduced volume of outbound payments sent from the BICs BENDAUBXXX & BENDAU3B001 during the change window.

There will be no impact to inbound payments sent to the BICs BENDAUBXXX & BENDAU3B001 during the change window. (Payments from you via Azupay to Bendigo Bank end customers)

Please note the above times may change if these planned activities are completed sooner or later than expected.

Scheduled - Westpac have advised they are implementing changes and have scheduled an NPP outage. The change window details are below.

• Change Start Date and Time: Tuesday 7 October 2025 @ 9:00pm AEDT
• Change End Date and Time: Tuesday 7 October 2025 @ 11:00pm AEDT

As part of these changes, a full BIC outage to for the BIC WPACAU3SXXX is required for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Please note the Westpac BICs WPACAU2SXXX and WPACAU2SSTG are unaffected by this change (BSB accounts in the 2XX XXX range)

Westpac accounts under the WPACAU3SXXX BIC range will be self suspending from the NPP network during this period, and accounts starting with BSB 3XX XXX will be unavailable to make or recieve real time payments.

Please note the above times may change if these planned activities are completed sooner or later than expected.

Payments attempted during this period should return a PA04 error and should be re-attempted after the maintenance window.
