Scheduled Maintenance – NPP Banking Partner | Thursday, 13 November 2025 | 2:00 am – 6:00 am AEST Nov 13, 2025 02:00-06:00 AEDT

Our NPP banking partner will be performing scheduled maintenance on Thursday, 13 November 2025 from 2:00 am to 6:00 am (Sydney Time).

Impact:
• Brief, intermittent disruptions (under 60 seconds) may occur in NPP payment processing.
• Azupay will queue and automatically reattempt affected transactions.
• This may cause a short delay (a few minutes) in transaction processing and webhook confirmations.
• No action is required from clients.

Scheduled - Westpac have advised they are implementing changes. The change window details are below.

• Change Start Date and Time: Friday 7 November 2025 @ 2:00pm AEDT (noting Westpac's self suspension does not start until Sunday 9 November 2025 @ 12:00am AEDT)
• Change End Date and Time: Sunday 9 November 2025 @ 5:00pm AEDT (noting Westpac expects to be back on line at 8am)

As part of these changes, an outage to the Conformation Of Payee (CoP) and PayTo Services are required for 8 hours for Westpac clients.

Westpac will issue a self suspension from CoP and PayTo Service during the below times:

Commencement: Sunday 9 November 2025 @ 12:00am AEDT - Westpac will issue a self suspension for the CoP Service and PayTo.

Completion: Sunday 9 November 2025 @ 8:00am AEDT - Westpac will re-instate the CoP Service and PayTo Services.

Impacts:
Confirmation of Payee lookups and PayTo Agreements and initiations for Westpac based end customers will be unavailable during the maintenance window.

Please note the above times may change if these planned activities are completed sooner or later than expected.

Scheduled - ANZ have advised they are implementing changes. The change window details are below.

• Change End Date and Time: Sunday 9 November 2025 @ 7:00am AEDT

As a result of ANZ's planned activities, a reduced volume of outbound payments from ANZ will be sent from the BIC ANZBAU3LXXX during the change window. This may result in delayed inbound payments to Azupay Payment Requests from ANZ customers during the window.

All inbound payments sent to the BIC ANZBAU3LXXX during the change window will be processed as normal, however there will be delays in posting inbound payments to ANZ creditor accounts during the change window. This may result in delayed settlements to your client's account from Azupay for ANZ end customers during the window.
