Scheduled - Our NPP banking partner will be performing scheduled maintenance on Thursday, 29 January, 2026 from 2:00 am to 6:00 am (Sydney Time).

Impact:
• Brief, intermittent disruptions (under 60 seconds) may occur in NPP payment processing.
• Azupay will queue and automatically reattempt affected transactions.
• This may cause a short delay (a few minutes) in transaction processing and webhook confirmations.
• No action is required from clients.

Update - The incident has been confirmed as resolved by ANZ.

Monitoring - Our banking partner has confirmed that the ANZ bank outage has been resolved now.
Azupay is currently monitoring the situation.

Investigating - Azupay has identified that ANZ (ANZBAU3LXXX) is currently experiencing an incident impacting Outbound NPP Payments, and are investigating if inbound transactions are also impacted.

Clients making outbound payments that are impacted will have recieved PA04 and AB01 error codes, and the payment will be in a FAILED status. Clients should review if they should re-attempt these transactions.
